Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing mail management tool, which will grant you full control over your e-mail box accounts and newsletters. With this intuitive interface, you can set up a new e-mail account in an instant and administer its settings effortlessly. Also, you can forward electronic mail messages from one mailbox to another, configure e-mail filters, set up auto-response messages and protect your email box accounts against junk e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can defend all your email accounts against unsolicited bulk e-mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no undesirable electronic mails will find their way into your email box. Your emails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message marked as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a specific email box account.
Email Filters
Email filters are ideal for filtering your incoming e-mails according to certain criteria set by you. Creating email filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantaneously. You can quickly set up a filter for any of your mail accounts and specify the e-mail filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming electronic mails from one email box account to another, or even to a number of other email boxes. Simply select the e-mailbox you want to forward email messages from, then specify the target e-mailbox and select if you wish to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily configure the electronic mail client of your liking to access your email accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the email box account you want to set up on your PC or smartphone and click on the mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new email mailbox account will be set up in an instant.
More Features
With the Email Manager user interface, managing multiple mailbox accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager will also enable you to quickly set up an auto-reply message - specify the message you want people to view and our system will handle everything else. And if you would like to configure a catch-all mailbox - you can achieve that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
